In my own words: the 21 Day Fix is a life changer! It is different from other work out programs because it isn't merely really great at home work out videos. It is honestly a lifestyle change. It gives you a nutritional guide with recipes that work with the diet! It also comes with the colorful containers that you see in the picture above. Basically what you need to know about those is that each color represents a different food group. Then based on a formula that they give you, you are given a certain amount of each container that you are able to fill and eat per day. On top of the wonderful nutritional and work out programs, if you order the Challenge Pack, you get a HUGE boost of nutrients. Honestly the Shakeology is my favorite part. After I drink my shakeology (which I usually make up into a milkshake consistency) I always have a HUGE burst of energy, and no crash afterwards. Shakeology gives me the energy that I need to not only get my work outs done, but chase my little one year old around and keep my house clean and get dinner made all while carrying baby number 2 around in my tummy! Don't get me wrong, it still takes effort, and there are still days where I am exhausted and emotional! But Shakeology makes it more feasible for me to get all these things done and most of the time I even have a smile on my face! If you are thinking about getting the 21 Day Fix, I would DEFINITELY suggest getting Shakeology too. And by getting them together you save over $60! It is honestly a great deal!
